Through career-changes, international moves, love-life challenges, depression, infertility, and shifting identities, life has been a kaleidoscope of stories and growth for me. Astrology has been instrumental in helping me navigate the ups and downs I’ve experienced, and put them in perspective.
I love exploring the natal chart and using it as a springboard for understanding our energetic selves. Energy equals information, and when we can understand the information both inside and around us, we can make better choices, smarter decisions, and feel a sense of flow in life.
The natal chart in astrology is a product of the time and place of birth. It describes how the 7 traditional planets and ALL 12 zodiac signs show up for us—and with an accurate birth-time, where in life their influences are most felt.
Exploring the natal chart can open up a level of understanding that can really add to a person’s self-development journey. It can help articulate areas of strength and challenge.
Looking at Solar Return charts can highlight those areas of life where energy is flowing in a particular year, helping create awareness around how best to harness those currents from one birthday to the next.

Roadmap For The Spiritually Curious
Sun-sign ‘pop astrology’ describes only a sliver of who we are and is responsible for most people’s misunderstanding of what makes up astrology and how useful it can be.
Everyone has all 12 signs of the zodiac within them. These are spread out over the 12 houses of the chart, each describing a different area of life and the other people in them. Where the planets fall then show which parts of life are emphasised for you and can help describe how you might experience that aspect of life.
Time of birth is a critical factor here as well—the Ascendant, or zodiac sign that was rising the moment you were born—changes every 2 hours and the degree it is in changes every 4 minutes. So the actual degrees can be important to look at as well.
In the end, the symbolism in astrology does allow room for HOW someone might take in a person or an event, and we also have to also consider that every planet and zodiac sign has a higher octave and a lower octave of expression, so our experiences can reflect the positive gifts of a planet or sign, or reflect the shadow side.
An accurate birth-time also allows us to take a closer look at the angles of the chart and use techniques such as Dodecatemoria, Profections and Zodiacal Releasing. Without a confirmed birth-time, there are still things we can explore and analyse in the chart, but please note much of the nuance will be limited.

This session for returning clients focuses on specific questions a client may have on a topic or challenging issue. The session aims to provide insights into the area being asked about and generate room for a perspective shift. It can also be used for transit check-ins on an ongoing basis.
